V. and it’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and representatives (collectively,”Royal Cars”) shall not be liable for any loss, injury, expense or damage to persons or property resulting, directly or indirectly, from (1) the acts of omissions of travel suppliers, including but not limited delays, overbooking, itineraries and schedules; or (2) acts of God, fires, earthquakes, floods, climatic aberrations, civil demonstrations, acts of governmental authorities, civil unrest, strikes, riots, theft, disease, accidents or failures related to the public internet, telecommunication lines or facilities, or third party technology systems or any other cause beyond the control of Royal Cars.

Full charge applies if cancellation is requested with less than 24 hours, unless otherwise specified in the reservation.

Any request for changes with less than 6 hours in advance to pick up time will subject to applicable charge.

Royal Cars is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

Company is not liable in the event of mechanicall breakdown while on charter.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the service, by them or any member of their party.

Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law.

The driver has the right to terminate run without refun if there is blatant indiscretion from client.

Smoking is not permited in our vehicles, and if any passenger is caught, sanitation fee will be charged ($100 USD).

Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet for non-airport rides, 45 minutes for domestic flights, and 60 minutes for international flights. Any request for changes with less than 6 hours in advance to pick-up time will subject to applicable charges. We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles, and if any passenger decides to smoke inside a vehicle, client will be billed the sanitation fee.
